Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI)
is a non-governmental organisation located in Ruse, Bulgaria. Its origin dates back all the way to 1890s, when the importance of the city was determined by its rapid industrial development and the traditional trade relations it maintained with the Danube countries thus paving the way for the creation of the first chamber of commerce in Bulgaria. Today, RCCI provides a wide range of services to over 1500 member and non-member companies by helping them develop and expand their businesses, both at national and international levels. The Chamber proactively contributes to the economic development of the Ruse region, provides support and representation of the business and entrepreneurs on a regional and national level (also through the national Network of Chambers of Commerce and Industries and European BIC Network). RCCI has more than 12 years of experience in EU Project Management, and therefore, the Chamber’s staff have a solid experience in performing analyses, research and studies at national and EU level, as well as practical experience in organizing workshops, developing training methodologies, training materials, visual products, as well as project management tools such as dissemination, sustainability and exploitation planning.
